Pancake mix or muffin mix 1 1/2 cup (i used 2 cups)
1/2 a banana (mashed) or 1 large egg (i used one whole banana)
1 tbsp coconut oil ( i used 2 tbsp)you can use any oil you want but i prefer coconut oil.
3/4 cups milk(any milk you like almond,coconut,regular ) i used 2 cups of homemade hemp milk
additional (maple agave syrup )
you can add sugar for sweetness if you desire.
I also added pb2 (you can add protein powder, peanut butter, almond butter or anything you desire to make it taste a certain way)
Mix all your ingredients together until it turns smooth. You can add more milk or mix if you want it thicker
next oil up a muffin tin or use cooking spray
pour batter into pans
set oven to 350 degrees
bake for 15-18 mins you may cook them longer if you don’t want them too moist
take out the oven then enjoy
